But more importantly… I’ve been where you are.

Years ago, anxiety had me completely stuck. I wasn’t just “a bit stressed”—I was housebound, overwhelmed, and terrified I’d never feel normal again. I couldn’t go to the shops, say yes to social plans, or show up confidently in my life.

And for a long time, I tried to piece it all together myself.

I read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Tried CBT, NLP, meditation, affirmations… you name it. And while each helped in small ways, nothing really clicked—because no one was showing me the whole picture.

That’s what inspired me to create TRANSFORM —the exact journey I wish I’d had during my six-year struggle with anxiety.

This programme is the result of everything I discovered that actually works. It’s practical, supportive, deeply personal, and designed to help you move forward in a way that feels safe, empowering, and achievable.

I started Anne Marie Hills program due to my anxiety and negative thoughts etc.

I had come to a time in my life where I was having issues in my personal life, I was reacting badly to situations and I didn’t like who I was. I had had counselling and been on antidepressants previously but didn’t want to go down the same road, I needed something different, something that was going to help me change the way I think and act, that is when I was recommended to Anne and her programme.
