Years ago, anxiety had me completely stuck. I wasn’t just “a bit stressed”—I was housebound, overwhelmed, and terrified I’d never feel normal again. I couldn’t go to the shops, say yes to social plans, or show up confidently in my life.
I read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Tried CBT, NLP, meditation, affirmations… you name it. And while each helped in small ways, nothing really clicked—because no one was showing me the whole picture.
That’s what inspired me to create TRANSFORM —the exact journey I wish I’d had during my six-year struggle with anxiety.
