
How I am resetting my rhythm to feel more focused and energised
Lately, I’ve been craving a fresh start.
You know that feeling when life feels a little scattered, and you just want to press reset? That’s exactly where I found myself recently.
So, I decided to go back to basics.
I started getting up early again with my husband, spending quiet time journaling, reading, and practising gratitude before the world wakes up.
It’s amazing how those small, intentional moments can shift your whole day.
I also realised that structure doesn’t have to feel restrictive. It can actually create freedom. By mapping out my week with clear boundaries for social media, training, and creativity, I’ve found more space for the things that truly matter — like moving my body, connecting with people, and feeling inspired again.
If you’ve been feeling a bit off track, maybe this is your sign to start fresh too.
You don’t need a new month or a Monday to begin again.
Just a decision to realign with what feels good and take one small step forward.
